1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Platinum Parking Services ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation email containing your booking reference number. Platinum Parking Services reserves the right to refuse any booking.

3. Rates and Payment

All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Parking is charged per calendar day. The day of arrival and the day of departure are each counted as a full day unless otherwise stated.

5. Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection

Customers must arrive at our facility on or before the booked arrival date and time. We will not be held responsible for any missed flights resulting from late arrival. Our shuttle will transport customers to either the International or Domestic terminal as specified in the booking.

On return, customers must call us upon landing from the number provided in the confirmation email. Your vehicle will be delivered to the designated meet point at the terminal within 10 minutes of your call.

6. Liability and Insurance

While every precaution is taken to ensure the security of vehicles parked at our facility, Platinum Parking Services accepts vehicles at the owner's risk. We cannot be held liable for:

Customers are advised to ensure their vehicle insurance is valid and in force for the duration of the parking period. Platinum Parking Services carries public liability insurance.

7. Condition of Vehicle

By leaving your vehicle with us, you confirm that it is in a roadworthy condition and that you are the registered owner or have the owner's permission to leave the vehicle in our care. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unroadworthy or in a condition that poses a risk to our staff or facility.

8. Complimentary Services

Our complimentary hand wash and vacuum service is provided as a courtesy and does not constitute a valet or detailing service. We accept no liability for any marks, scratches, or damage that may become visible after the vehicle wash that were pre-existing.

9. Lost Keys or Tickets

If keys or booking confirmation are lost, a replacement fee may apply. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services, communicating with you about your booking, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payments (via our payment provider) or as required by law. 11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Amendments

Platinum Parking Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking shall apply to that booking.
